Bio:
A cyborg by the name of "Rock McQueen", he is Blues' brother and took on the codename "Mega Man". Many, including the members of the IRC, believed that Mega Man was more robotic than Blues due to the microchips implanted in his brain to help his legs work again, as Rock was previously crippled prior to his cyberization.

As Mega Man, he had his own free will, but he owed a debt to Dr. Light and had to do things for him... at least up until Dr. Light went too far. When Mega Man attempted to rebel, though, Light shut down his body thanks to the microchips and promptly murdered Mega Man and replaced him with a new robot that possessed Mega Man's memories and most functions, but not his personality. In other words, Dr. Light essentially murdered Rock and recreated him.

This new robot became X.

X was the loyal underling of Dr. Light, who revelled violence. He sadistically murdered Pharaoh Man's brother just to send a message, nearly killed Cut Man, and in a fight against Pharaoh Man and Plant Woman... he managed to mortally wound the former, before the latter landed a mortal wound herself.

X wasn't dead when Blues found him, but he was eventually killed by Blues, his brother, after cursing Plant Woman, his brother, and even Dr. Fiora Knight.

X (Mega Man)'s Abilities:
Mega Man and X had similar powers.

Both had standard plasma cannons that could form in both of their arms, and be used even at the same time at the cost of power.

More importantly, both have the "Weapon Copy" system, which allows them the ability to copy the weapons of their enemies by being exposed to them. They can keep the weapons copied for long periods of time, provided that they have the memory capacity to do so. Even then, they can always save the data to an external hard drive.

X also had a laser sword similar to the ones Amy brought back from the future, though his may have been powered by his own energy, rather than energy generated by the swords themselves.
