Bio:
A old former roboticist and current factory owner surprisingly just in his late forties, Dr. Albert Wily was one of the seven founding members of the International Robotics Committee from ten years ago. Though logical, age and dealing with people (his daughter and his robots, anyway) have slowly been making him a much crazier human being than normal.

It's known that Albert never married and may even still be a virgin, which would explain why he adopted a child. He has few friends outside of his immediate circle, among them being Dr. Mikhail S. Cossack and Dr. Fiora Knight.

Albert frequently loses his patience with Amy, leading to frequent groundings for the latter. In spite of this, he respects the fact that she may already be better at roboticism than he is.

Dr. Albert Wily's Abilities:
As IRC founding members (current or former) go, Dr. Wily is somewhere in the middle in talent. He is capable of building and programming robots on his own, though his talent for programming fluctuates as all of his robots have a weird personality quirk (ie: Bluehat is a gangster, Heat Man is God, etc).
