Bio:
The antagonist of Dr. Wily for the first two seasons, Dr. Thomas Light was once Dr. Wily's friend and collegue, and a founding member of the International Robotics Committee.

Dr. Light is known to be arrogant, vain, and self-absorbed. Although easilly irritated by the stupidity that surrounds him, he isn't afraid to say that he is the greatest thing since sliced bread. He's also fully embraced the fact that he's a mad scientist and likes to laugh maniacally when things seem to go his way.

Dr. Light was killed at the end of Season Two, however.

Dr. Thomas Light's Abilities:
As IRC founding members go, Dr. Light is regarded as the "idiot child".

Though his talent for robotics and the like are unquestioned, he isn't an inventor and in fact many of his ideas were taken from other roboticists... the only thing he's managed to invent are Mega Man/X's Weapon Copy system. Many of his ideas for inventions are either completely reckless, disregards human life (turning Mega Man into X), or miserable failures (the Eddie project, Auto).

Maybe that's why he was fired in the first place.
