Bio:
A psychotic ice robot with a passion for pain, Freeze Man went insane six years ago and very nearly killed Blues.

He has a talent for trailing off of his points and he engages in banter far more than the average villian in this comic (which really says a lot), but his danger level is also far higher than anyone else in the comic.

He also says "Oi" a lot. "Oi" means "hey".

Freeze Man's Abilities:
It's unclear what the extent of Freeze Man's powers are, but he has phenominal physical power, particularly in his legs. Additionally, his arms are virtually immune to plasma blasts, enabling him to simply swat away incoming blasts.

Strangely, Freeze Man himself doesn't seem to like plasma blasters all that much, and possesses only a handful of projectile attacks. Aside from improvising a flying icicle attack via a Pele-style kick, Freeze Man also uses a "Kamehameha" wave of freezing power.

It's said that he was an experiment for every passing idea Dr. Gabriel Knight, his creator, ever had. As such, a lot of the technology Freeze Man actually utilizes are black boxes, and it's unknown what the extent of his power really is.
