Bio:
A British bioengineering expert who was one of the seven founding members of the International Robotics Committee and is one of the three founders who still works in the group today.

Dr. Dominic Doppler is known to be strict, by the book, snobby, obnoxious, and blunt. He isn't afraid to state what isn't just his opinion, but what he feels is absolute fact. He also happens to say "yes?" after most of his sentences.

Doppler was badly injured by Eddie when he went haywire, prompting Dr. Cossack to perform the "Blues operation" in order to save his life.

Dr. Dominic Doppler's Abilities:
As IRC founding members (current, retired, or deceased) go, Dominic Doppler is on the higher-end of intelligence, and likely second only to Dr. Gabriel Knight.

Doppler is one of the world's two currently-living cyborgs, humans with machine parts. The procedure to create cyborgs was developed by himself and Dr. Cossack, and performed on him to save his life. It is unclear what the extent of the damage to his body was, but it's known that he has two pylons coming out of his shoulders now.
