Cut ManFirst Appearance: 01.01.01/0001, The Introduction of Cut Man Appearances In Comic: 210 Most Recent Appearance: 03.08.01/0573, April 29th, 20XX Height: 112 pixels Race: Robot, MK.I TY.INT Current Status: Alive Bio: A sardonic scissor robot, and the oldest of the Wily Robots. Cut Man is cynical and grumpy, he's noted for not really liking any sort of idea that involves him doing anything that he may consider bothersome. Such bothersome things usually require him to leave his TV or stop playing video games long enough to do so. Cut Man will be the first to tell you how useless his design really is, as sticking his scissors on top of his head is generally not the most effective of places to put them. It seems quite apparent that Cut Man is a key of some sort to finding the parts to the unfinished weapon robot called "Zero", though whether or not he would ever actually go through with unlocking Zero remains a mystery. However, he does have an internal program called "Sputnik" which seems like it wants to do so. Despite his obvious cowardice, Cut Man will show courage when he feels like it. However, every single time he has shown this sort of courage, it usually ends very, VERY poorly for our hapless hero. Cut Man's Abilities: Cut Man's ability is to use his scissors to cut things, hence his name. However, his scissors are in a decidedly inconvienient spot and adds to Cut Man's inferiority complex in combat. Cut Man can take off his scissors, but his body is programmed to magnetically attract his scissors back to its spot on his head after a few seconds. In this way, Cut Man can essentially utilize his scissor as a boomerang, an attack he's called the "Rolling Cutter". |
