Bio:
A founding member of the International Robotics Committee and one of three founding members who still remains with the organization to this day.

Dr. Cossack is one of Dr. Wily's few friends, and had helped him throughout the Dr. Light incidents. However, Cossack remains a staunch follower of the IRC and its policies in spite of his somewhat liberal behaviour, and that often leads him to doing things that Wily and his "family" don't agree with. As an example, he's proven to be against Plant Woman's existence, particularly after her slaying of Dr. Light.

He currently resides in his home in Russia.

Dr. Mikhail Sergeyevich Cossack's Abilities:
As IRC founding members go, Dr. Cossack is third only to the late Dr. Knight and Dr. Doppler in skill. Like Doppler, he specializes in biomechanics, but he's also got a knack for basic robotics too and has built eight MK.IV robots in his career.

It's unknown why he has not built any new robots in the last year, following the deaths of his previous MK.IV robots.
