When Doctor Thomas Light attempts to cause a scene with his nemesis, Doctor Albert Wily, the resulting chaos takes the protagonists through an alternate dimension and an accidental trip through time.
Dr. Light continues his grudge against the Wily family through the use of his newest minion: X. In the end, he threatens all of humanity with a plan so outrageous that the only way to stop him is through an all-out assault - with grave consequences.
The fallout of the end of the previous season causes a new and immensely powerful threat to emerge. If the Wilys and their allies are going to stop this new threat, then one robot will need to unlock a power he was always meant to have.
Five years after the infamous "Megalopolis Incident", a new incident has taken place, and Amy Wily has once again found herself caught in the middle of it.
